On November 10th, the 5th "China Justice Forum" was held at the Nanjing International Youth Conference Hotel. The conference was co-hosted by the Judicial branch ofChina Behavior Law Societyand Tianjin University’s Law School. It was co-organized by the Executive Office of the Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court, the Nanjing Jianye District Law Society, and the Nanjing Jianye District People’s Court.
Su Zelin, Vice President of theChina Behavior Law Societyand President of the Judicial Branch, delivered a speech.This seminarjointly discussedthe issue of enforcement legislation theory and practice, whichwasof far-reaching significance.Enforcement is a key link in the judicial process. The Judicial Branch of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law attaches great importance to the standardization and modernization of the enforcement procedures, actively integrates research forces and forms research synergies for the construction of enforcement systems, mechanisms and models with Chinese characteristics.
Sun Youhai,VicePresident and Secretary General of the Judicial branch of China Behavioral Law Society andDean of Tianjin University’s LawSchool, made a keynote speech entitled "TheDeterminationof the Chinese Enforcement Competent Authorityand theEstablishment of the Basic System.”He proposed that the basic system of enforcement should include the construction of a property reporting system. And it needs to add thelitigation system for the implementation ofobjects. Also, buildinga system of enforcement relief systemis necessary.
During this forum, more than 20 legal scholars made speeches on thetopicof enforcement of legislative theories and practical discussions. Under the active participation and joint efforts of the participating scholars, the conference has achieved fruitful research results.
