Name of Achievement：Impact of TPP Intellectual Property Clauses on China and Study on Countermeasures
Introduction on the Achievement：This consultation proposal is aimed at the conclusion of the TPP Agreement and briefly introduces intellectual property clauses contained in TPP. This proposal was published in the "Information Express" of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation Research Base (No. 27 of 2015), which was commented by the leadership of State Intellectual Property Office. The text of the "Transatlantic Partnership Agreement Establishing a Higher Protection Standard for Intellectual Property Rights", which was formed on the basis of this "Information Express" was submitted to the General Office of the State Council through the State Intellectual Property Office and published in the "Administrative Information of the General Office of the State Council" (40 Period of the year 2015) and played a better role in counseling.
