Recently, Prof. Liu Zhaocheng from the Law School published an academic paper entitled The Methodological Construction of the Constitutionality Interpretation of Legal Norms in the Journal of Legal Studies, one of the three authoritative academic journals in the field of law in China. The thesis mainly focuses on the constitutional interpretation.
Prof.Liu Zhaocheng studies about civil law and legal methodology. He presided over many projects such as the National Social Science Foundation Project, the Project of Ministry of Justice and the Beijing philosophy and Social Science Project. He has published more than 30 papers in core journals including Chinese Journal of Law, Tsinghua University Law Journal, Political Science and Law, and The Jurist, and more than 10 works including quasi-Personality Studies.
